eye liner and mascara should do. (eye liner on the inside though, dont poke your eye!)How would you apply make up to look like this?
line the INNER lower lid with black eyeliner.. from the outer corner of the eye all the way to the inner corner. line the top lid (very carefully to get as straight a line as possible) with the same black eyeliner.. again, all the way from the outer to inner corner. it's pretty simple.. you just have to have a steady hand and remember.. less is more. ;o)
