How do you apply make up like this (pic)?

I'm sure no one on here would know the exact way, I would email a Sephora rep online-- they tell you the best products to use and help you execute it flawlessly. From personal experience, it's been very helpful.
It's called black eyeliner all around your eyes. Just use any black eyeliner.
Ok. You will need:





Black pencil eyeliner.


Black Liquid Eyeliner.


Some kind of light eyeshadow.


Tanish Blush.


Clear lipgloss?

and when you put in on fo on the eyelib as well but for the top follow you eye spahe and the point out
H.I.P. liquid eyeliner. Apply to the top lid (as much as you want, as far out as you want). Use a soft, waterproof pencil for the bottom (again, as much as you want, as far out as you want). Just don't make it look too Cleopatra.

put on dark black eyeliner all around the rims of your eyes (thicker at the ends) than put on a charcoal colored eyeshadow. I'm not sure what brands to suggest? but you could try walmart? lol

This is actually pretty easy:


Step 1: Buy liquid black velvet eyeliner probably rimmel london


Step 2: Apply really close to the eye and add alittle thing on the end of your eye like egyptian you know... anyways.


Step 3: Go over it twice and add mascara rimmel london too.... and voila...

1.use any eye liner in black. Then line your upper eye lashes and your bottom lash line as well.





2.Next take a smudge brush and smudge the liner on your top lash line,make sure you smudge it all cross your lid. Also make sure you smudge your bottom lash line too.





3. Use a black mascara and you done.





Oh p.s make sure you go heavy on the liner!
