I am in a play and have acne. What is the best way to apply and remove the stage make-up I am required to use

What products remove it entirely. Last night after removing it with glycerin soap, my face felt sunburned and was red. I have 9 more plays to do. Thanks so much for taking your time to answer.I am in a play and have acne. What is the best way to apply and remove the stage make-up I am required to use
For starters, I wouldn't use glycerin soap. That's not kind to the skin.

Get something like Clearskin from the drugstore. They have products designed specifically for skin with acne. Secondly, make sure you use a moisturizer. If you overdry your skin, your acne could actually get worse.

Complete removal also depends upon the base used in the makeup. Some makeup, particuarly eye makeup, requires eye makeup remover.

And a lot of women over the years have just gone with good old cold cream. Gentle to the skin and gets just about any type of makeup off.I am in a play and have acne. What is the best way to apply and remove the stage make-up I am required to use
Best thing I've ever tried after using so many high end cosmetics is (Dickinson's witch hazel products). The witch hazel is used for many skin conditions and is not harsh or irritating on the skin. It's worth a try for the money ($2.99 - $5.99). For eye makeup I always use Mary Kay eye makeup remover. No other eye makeup remover has worked for my waterproof mascaras so far.
My answer would be use natural products like tea tree soap or fash wash (can be brought from most drug stores preferably the thursday plantation brand) and acne and blemishes dry out and are gone within time.Your skin will be red but results are tremendous!
Use cold creme or other facial creme for removal of stage makeup. It's gentle on the skin and helps get it off without scrubbing. There are more professional things to use but it doesn't look like you have time to order anything to do it right. After getting the bulk of the makeup off you can then cleanse with a mild soap. Be sure to moisturize afterward and do not use and form of exfoliate until the production is over. Your skin is going through enough right now without added irritation. Also beware of harsh cleansers with allot of alcohol.

i need to get that nnice eye-liner look!

does anyone have any tips!

thanksHow do i apply good make-up?
I think one good place to start would be looking for the right eyeliner. I've heard of this one eyeliner from a brand named Bobbi Brown. It's applied with a brush like powder eyeliner would be, but it's more like a gel? It's kind of expensive, but I hear it lasts all day long and doesn't smudge. You should go check it out.

Easy Way To Apply Make-Up?? Help??!!?

Ok so what you could do is got to any store like CVS,Walgreens, WalMart anything like that and buy some concealer and foundation, to put on foundation if its liquid foundation just put a dot on you forehead chin nose tip and both cheeks and just rub it in all across your face and then use the concealer to just finish the look, If you don't want to use concealer and wanna just do eyeshadow then first pick your colors for darker women a berry color looks best and that would be any kind of shade of purple you really just have to experiment with eyeshadow to see what you like best if you would like to add suttle drama you can put black on the ends to make that smokey look this is also another way to get the same affect as you get with eyeliner, as for eyeliner and mascara they just take practice once you get use to doing it yourself it wont feel like you are poking your eye out as much any more make up takes practice that's all hope that helps good luckEasy Way To Apply Make-Up?? Or I usually do MAC Subculture, and Instant Gold for Lips and for my eyes I usually do Painterly Paint Pot and a brown with Black eyeliner and mascara. That it!
Eyes - line upper with liquid liner, lower waterline with pencil. Apply a medium shadow to your whole lid, and a darker shadow to just the crease. Apply a really light eyeshadow (like a white or a cream) to the browbone as a highlight.
stick to neutral eyeshadows of your choice brown, beige, gold, tan or if you have darker skin bronze.

When you line your eyes, line as close in between your eyelashes as possible and only two thirds of the way in.

apply blush to the apples of your cheeks only

wipe your mascara wand off before applying.

stick to sheer lipgloss for a more natural look.
First get a soft shimmery eyeshadow to go with your skin tone. Like a coffee, or bronze. Like theses

apply powdered eyeshadow, not liquid. use pink or neutral shades. dont overdo it. use gloss, not lipsticks. rarely use blush.

Provided that your skin isn't irritated and nothing invasive was done, you're good to go. You may want to apply it with a lighter hand than usual.

bare minerals and nyc makeupWhat Make-Up do you apply every morning and How?
Bare minerals.. it's the best stuff ever!
I just use eyeliner, mascara, and sometimes eyeshadow.
    this is my typical routine:

eyeshadow- usually 2 or 3 neutral colors

    eyeliner in a complimenting shade

2 coats mascara in very black

    powder

lipstick and lipgloss then im ready to go.
I use neutrogena invigorating anti shine wash. Rimmell Extra Super Lash Mascera, Bare minerals foundation, I love Urban Decay eye pencils and Rimmel volume boost liquid lip color.
Neutrogena makes the best cleanser for the face it even helps tone the skin.

First cleanse your skin you want to remove any dirt, oil are just dead skin cells than you must restore your skin with a moisturizer allow it time to dry before applying foundation.

    Lo rel true match

I take an application sponge put a small dab on the sponge blend it all over and then I take light powder to lock it in so it appears more natural. and very even I pick at least three eye shadow colors and apply from inside out on my eyelids mascara just go over your lashes once but carefully, no lip stick just some gloss eye brow filler if needed. and it never fails through out the day I have people coming up to me saying are you a model or your so beautiful your skin is so smooth and even toned this make-up is flawless and you should try it.
first i wash my face and apply some lotion. Then i use mac's studio fix powder and apply with a powder brush. then i apply a plum color blush from mac also, with a blush brush. then i fill in my eyebrows with a eyebrow kit from benefit. it comes with a little brush and a wax/powder set. then i move on to my eyes i apply a light color base. and i usually use a bronze color on top of that. both from mac. then i curl my lashes with a revlon curler. and then apply a fiber lash mascara from mac. and thats about it. i usually use chapstick for my lips.
鈾?None.. I'm a natural beauty!.... I occasionally use eyeliner though to brighten up my eyes :-)
i use mary kay eyeliner [blue, green, gray, black, brown: depends on my outfit] and a deep pink eyeshadow. thats it. and chapstick. no blush, lip liner, lipstick... ect.
it depends on how much you want on
first i cleanse my face, then i put lotion/sunblock on. then i put concealer and blush on, then i use a eyelash curler, then i use eye liner, then i use mascara on my top lashes, then i put lip gloss on. some days i might pluck a few stray eyebrow hairs. and some days i wear eyeshadow
I use Oil of Olay moisturizer, mascara, blush and lipstick.

Do you re-apply or touch up your make up after blowing the nose?

well, I live in a very cold Canadian city, and in winter after coming in door I tend to blow my nose with tissue. of course no matter how long-lasting the makeup lasts, it gets rubbed off. I used to try to touch up with compact each time after, but sometimes I'm just too busy to do that.

so my question is, what do you do about your makeup after nose-blowing?Do you re-apply or touch up your make up after blowing the nose?
Ugh I hate that too. Usually if my nose is realllly red afterwards ill put on a dab of liquid foundation and it blends right in with the rest of my face, but if it doesn't look overly red than just leave it alone because your probably going to end up blowing your nose again soon anyways.Do you re-apply or touch up your make up after blowing the nose?
I never do it, but yeah, i think i need to..
omg!!! you dont know how many people have makeup and dont know how to use it. the answer is definately touch up. Unless your like one of those people that put on so much makeup that it looks like layers. jeez!! well. by touch up u shuld know that thats a little powder. just dab it on and even it out.
i think it's best to touch it up, unless it's not too noticeable

What is foundation (the make-up) best applied with - brush, sponge, fingers, etc?

sponge is the best coz it spreads evenly and gives a natural finish. it's normally triangular or square in shape. so the tip reaches the corners of the eyes and nose and on the upper and lower parts of the eyes.

fingers tend to cause un-even spreading leading to the foundation being too much in some areas and too little in others. use the fingers to dot the foundation on ur face only.

due to the thickness of the brush, it takes up a lot of foundation in its bristles and cannot spread it nicely under the eyes, on the lids and the corners of the eyes and nose. What is foundation (the make-up) best applied with - brush, sponge, fingers, etc?
I've heard some makeup artists love the foundation brush, but most use the non latex white triangle sponges. You can find those anywhere. Stipple the foundation on instead of smearing it around your face, and you use less and cover all imperfections. What is foundation (the make-up) best applied with - brush, sponge, fingers, etc?
forget fingers and sponge. finger will not give it the right look and the sponge soaks up half of the expensive foundation you have just purchased and also gives streak marks and can leave that look. go for the brush invest in a 40.00 brush of good quality that can be washed repeatedly you always want to work from a clean brush and then use it on your face also will give you a more natural looking look. and not caked on like some of these sponges do and pads out there.
if u are using liquid foundation its better to apply it with fingers and if using powder foundation use a brush i recommend using loose powder
Try putting some cover-up on a sponge, then some moisturizer. It gives the whole face a young and healthy look.

    Thats what I do. =]
We always used a sponge when I was in plays, it seemed to work fine. It gave a very evn coat.
    For liquid: sponge.

    Other: brush.
definitely sponge and if there are a few spots that wont rub in perfectly use you're finger! Make sure after you're done wearing the foundation to clean you're skin well and make sure it's all off other wise it will clog you're pores and you well get acne! if you have acne already using foundation to cover it usually looks awful unless you're zits have know texture( don't rise).
well i put it on with my fingers first then i go over it with a sponge to blend it and it looks natural and clean. hope i helped =]
If i may I am an Idependent sales representative for AVON and if you go to my webpage I have a lot of answers there and many more you may have. Try it it cant hurt to see. www.youravon.com/erivasiii
I apply with a sponge and start from the middle of your face and blend it outward. This will help with leaving any lines that may appear and avoid putting too much on.

I am currently applying for a postion as a manger and i wanted to know what make up the public like?

You are applying to be a manger? As in a crib? Then I guess a woody-type make-up would work.

If, instead, you are applying to be a MANAGER, as in the leader of a group of people, one who manages, then I would suggest that your make up does not matter. Intellect is the only real necessity here.I am currently applying for a postion as a manger and i wanted to know what make up the public like?
Please, just keep it soft and settle. No one likes a women caked up in 2 pounds of make up it's just disgusting and slightly disturbing.I am currently applying for a postion as a manger and i wanted to know what make up the public like?
When applying make-up less is more! If you want to appear cheap or over-done, pile it on honey! Good Luck!!
I like Loreal for mascara, lipstick. I like Almay or Neutrogena for face make-up like coverup.
To think that someone with such poor spelling, grammer, and communication skills would be considered for a managerial position......

Go to a Dollar Tree or a discount place and buy some inexpensive makeup. Then practice putting it on. You could go to several department stores who will make you up free. That should give you a sampling. But then try it yourself at home before you spend a fortune on makeup.I am a 16 year old tee ager and I don't know how to apply a natural -look make up. Ask a friend who's great with make-up or ask your mom.
it is better u apply natural things, like u can apply the juice of alovera leaf or you can mix water with turmeric powder and apply to ur face or u can also apply multani mitii which is avilable in market

Go to a salon that applies makeup for free-- most places do! they will show you how to apply and help guide you what to buy.
Find an esthetician in your area %26amp; get a make-up lesson. That is a lot easier %26amp; better than trying to write out all the steps to applying make-up. They can also give you tips on taking care of the blemishes on your face.

    1) Clean face

    2) moisturizer

    3) concealer

    4) foundation/base (entire face, it helps other stuff to stay in place)

    5) blush

    6) powder

    7) fill in eyebrows

    8) eyeshadow

    9) eyeliner

    10) mascara

    11) lip moisturizer

    12) lipliner

    13) fill in lips (lipstick or lipliner color)

    14) lip gloss
i suggest instead of concealing ur blemishes, u learn to destroy them -- if benzoyl peroxide or salcylic acid doesn't work on ur face, try sulfur(proactive mask ex.) or zinc(diaper rash cream), or acne pills or something -- i am 17 and when i was 16 i started wearing concealer...and then foundation, and then mascara, and then blush, and then lipstick, and then even eyeshadow -- i looked like a clown and whenever i didn't have makeup on i looked awful and my skin never got better -- until i STOPPED wearing makeup basically completely...now i can go without any makeup and look fine!

i remember having a sleepover with some girls and the hottest guys in my city and i had to wear makeup to lookgood and i constantly had to go reapply my makeup and when i woke up i looked AWFUL!!! i had to sleep with makeup on because i looked so bad without it!!!

guys like natural girls more anyways...
    1) Moisturise your skin with an oil-free light moisturiser.

    2) Apply a peachy-rose (plum or berry if you're dark skinned) on the apple of your cheeks. This can be done by smiling widely and apply the blusher on the fullest part of your cheeks then swept upwards towards your temples. Then apply LIGHTLY (use a lighter hand then when you applied it to your cheeks) on your forehead, chin and the bridge of your nose.

    3) Apply loose powder in your exact skin tone but with a slight yellow undertone.

    4) Apply a wash of taupe shadow on your eyelids.

    5) Brush your eyebrows upwards.

    6) Apply dark brow mascara on your upper eyelashes only.

    7) Apply lip balm on your lips. Wait for a minute.

    8) Apply a nude coloured lipgloss.

TADA! You're all set. Hopefully this will help.
You don't want to put any makeup on it will only make your skin worse. Just wash your face as much as possible you will see the difference. you can use coco butter but not to much.
dab lightly about two dabs on cheekbones and smooth in ..

dab one dot on chin and smooth that in...

you can dab one at lower part of cheeks.. and smooth in..

forehead normally three to four dabs.. smooth in...

and nose dab one on tip and maybe one on top slope of nose and smooth over sides of nose and downward until bottom of nose tip..

to put on bottom eyeliner, pull down your eyelid a little and put the eyeliner on the edge of your eye.

for the top, i shut my eye half way and put a line as close to my eyelashes as possible. (well, i actually put a very think line on but im not sure if thats what you want)

mascara: tilt your head back and brush the wand from the bottom of your eyelashes to the tip. your going to have to do it a few times to make it noticeable.

my best advice is to go to a makeup school .. they can teach you how to do make up on your own face ... not on others like a cosmetologist or something like that.
The best way to learn is to go to a decent make-up store (I like Sephora, Ulta is okay too, and there are tons) and tell them you'd like help picking a good color palette and applying eye make up. They can help you buy what you need for the look you want and show you how to do it.
pull your eyelid down and lightly glide eyeliner pencil across eye, it may tickle at first, you get used to it, start with mascara at the bottom of your eyelashes and blink do that about 5 times

there are ton of make up Gurus on there that tell you everything from basic application, to just eyes, to going out make up to holiday make up.

I do have a page on my website: how to apply makeup, from a professional. (me)

Eye shadows in this day and time have instructions for application right on the packages.

For example, if you buy a 3 shade eye shadow blend, there will be instructions for which color goes where for the best look for that product. If you want smokey eyes, choose a gray blend. Makes sense, right?

Pencil eyeliner's should be used for day wear and liquid should be used for a more sophisticated look at night.

depends if theres a major traffic jam, once was in one in italy where it took so long people got out of the tour bus and had time for a group photo... i swear people started getting out and having picnics it took so long....Do you also think it's dangerous when women apply make up when they drive?
Yeah, both are dangerous, just as dangerous as talking while you're eating.
I know somebody that actually witnessed a woman having a wreck while she was putting on lipstick. She smeared lipstick on her face and messed up her front bumper. It could have been worse.
yes bcs they may end up looking really messed up ... and am not talking about the head on collision that would cause their brain splash all over the wind screen ...

am talking about more important things like smudged mascara ...

    lmao!!!
as dangerous as texting your blackberry or talking on a cell phone while driving. its very dangerous and stupid
    yes. very dangerous.
Well duhr for the second one. But I do think women putting on eyeliner or mascara while driving may get pretty lethal.
    Yes and its also illegal
I'm more concerned about women shaving and men applying make up.

    Yeah.

As long as there's not alcomafrol in the gloss, i'm sure nothing would be TOO drastic.

Depends. Mostly though, yes. But I guess we all get in a pinch sometimes.
sure, but nothing will beat high speed sex
yes it is but we are still gonna do it!
    yes
Very much so... although shaving is worse.
Yes but oh what an adrenalin rush.
Yes of course, pretty stupid thing to do.....
yes, although I've never seem a guy shave while he drives. Cell phones are a much bigger problem.

what certain brushes do you need? How do you apply eye make-up?
I'd personally go to youtube and look up a video :) much better than trying to hear it online. There are many different kinds of smokey eyes and if using google and or youtube you can usually be quite specific! How do you apply eye make-up?
Are you talking about a smoky eye? I find that the best brushes to use when your appliying eyeshadow is to use a brush that is firm rather than one with bristles that move really easily. This is because if you use a floppy eyeshadow brush you will find that the eyeshadow is sprayed all over your face and a firm brush will have more control on where the eyeshadow is applied. You will only really need one eyeshadow brush and maybe a sponge apllicater to do the base colour of your smoky eye eyeshadow.

i wear eye liner but i don't think i wear it right lol I'm learning, but I'm getting better, how should i apply eye shadow, i have heard that some girls wear eye shadow light and then another one but dark, which one should i put on first the light one or the dark one???I need help on how to apply make up!?
Use very little makeup. That's the best advice ever!I need help on how to apply make up!?
well, look at models in magazines if you want some idea of how to wear eyeliner .

    and for the eyeshadow,

take two colors (in the same color family : brown, tan... etc.) and right above your lash line, apply the darker color from your inner corner to your outer .

then, take the lighter color and apply underneath the brow bone, or on it.

also, if you want, you can get a soft bristle eyeshadow brush and blend the two together by applying them first, and then swiping upwards from your lash line to brow bone .

    :D
There are many ways to enhance one's natural beauty by wearing make up. But one of the best ways to learn about application, color, brands, etc., I think is by going to a make up counter and asking them to apply make up for you. Find out if they have a minimal fee and if you have to buy some of their product. You shouldn't have to buy everything they use.

Bare Minerals can be purchased at Sephora and Ulta. It is good for the skin because it is made of minerals.

You can buy covergirl eyeshadow very cheap at the dollar stores. You just put it over your eyelids. You use an applicator and dip it in the eyeshadow and brush it over your eyelids. Choose a light shade if you are young. Maybe like pink or a lavendar. kh
i usually put a line of eyeliner on my eyelid then i take a darker color and go over it..then a lighter color.

usually greens or golds since i have hazely eyes.

    blue eyes: purples and blues.

    brown eyes: golds and bronzes.
apply the darker one on the lower lid.then the light one on top closer to eyebrows.and the liner...only put it on the bottom of ur eyes if u have eyeshadow on.if not then bottom and top.

Am I under oath? I don't have to incriminate myself, ya know. I drink the 5th.Have you ever applied make-up while driving?
no because I can't drive!Have you ever applied make-up while driving?
    Just lip gloss.
    yes i have
    Only lipstick or lip gloss.
I never wear make up :)
    Just lipstick or lip gloss...
Never. I try and devote myself to driving while I'm behind the wheel. I have to admit, however, that I have been guilty of changing the CD in my stereo and the rare phone call which also can be distracting.
No, I always do that b4 leaving the house.
No ma'am, being male, I have not. I have, however, witnessed it every day on my 12 mile commute to and from work. I have seen these primpers nearly have head on collisions, run people off the road and been run onto the shoulder in the past 2 weeks. Girls, you are risking your lives when you do this, and everyone else's that happen to be in range as well. Inattentive driving like that will bring you to tragedy one of these days. It's just a matter of time.
for christ's sake you're gonna crash!!!
    yes........please don't tell Dad.......
I've tried...but the cell phone and changing the music station, flipping off other drivers keep getting in the way...lol
Oh yess .... yes .... I do it all the time ... no sweat ...lol... Ok SIKE!!
no, the eyeliner would poke my eye. yeah, thats pretty much all the make-up I wear-- lotta eyeliner lolz

Do i apply sunblock before make up or vice versa?

i have the neutrogena fresh cooling body mist sunblock spray and do i spray it on my face before make up or after? (which is more effective) it's spf 45, and i know about foundations with spf but id rather use a sunblock so which do i apply first?Do i apply sunblock before make up or vice versa?
Always apply sunscreen BEFORE makeup. I dont recommend the sunblock you're using now for your face. It's really good but its for the body. If you're oily, you should try neutrogena dry touch sunblock; it absorbs oil off the face. If you have dry or normal skin, I suggust a light moisturizer with spf in it. I use Olay complete all day moisture lotion spf 15. I dont know if its the best compared to the stuff out there, because i haven't experimented around, but i guess its good enough. After you applied sunscreen, wait at least 10 minutes for it to absorb into the skin before you apply on foundation and your other makeup. Theres also a benefit when using a light moisturizer besides the spf - it gives a smooth, hydrated base for you to apply foundation with!

Good luck!Do i apply sunblock before make up or vice versa?
You don't apply one over the other. You buy makeup with SPF in the creme or cover up. This has shown to work best in the hot weather.
Sunblock first before your makeup-always. Also some moisturizers have sunblock as well. Hope this helps!!!
sunblock! It will be a litlle harder to apply makeup, but the oil in sunblock will ruin any makeup that was already on there! SUNBLOCK FIRST! For sprays though, make up first. Good Luck :)
Definitely apply the sunblock before you apply your makeup. That way it won't mess up your foundation, when you apply it. It will still be their underneath your makeup and it will still protect you!

    Good Luck!!
    sunblock first then makeup
yo digity!!! sunblock then make-up! foshizzle. shidman outizzle!!
i dono but that stuff makes me shiny so i put it on before and with any sunblock you should put it on before

  • How to apply make-up?

    ummmmmmmm k lets get started:

    EYES:

to make your eyes REALLY stand out, line your top and bottom lids with either a black, dark brown, or gray. Match your eyeshadow with your complexion, I really like to wear pale pinks but on some people that can make your eyes look puffy. Browns and cream colors usually match with almost every skin tone and looks really nice. If you want to be GLAM use sparkly eyeshadow like gold or bronze.

    FACE:

Prep your face with mositerizer, this will make your face smooth and easier to put on make-up. Then use some foundation that is the same color as your skin (remember LESS is MORE!) and apply all over face with a sponge. Use a brush to put on the sme color of powder all over your face and remeber to blend! Then use a light pink blush and brush on apples of your cheeks and then lightly at your hairline to make your skin glow.

    LIPS:

Don't use a lipstick or a lip pencil, just use a tinted gloss or even just chapstick!

    Remember PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!

check the links below for beauty tips to:-- Makeup - how to apply.

    http://geebal.blogspot.com/2006/08/free-鈥?/a>
    for eyes start off simple

-put a creme beige tan color for the base

-but the basic color over all of your eye, from where your eyelashes start to where they touch your eye when they are open

    - put the shimmer accent color of your base on upper half of your eye

    - put the darkest color in your crease

( the colors should scale from lightest as base and darkest as crese)

for more dramatic on the outer corner of your eye add a bright color, or black for smokey affect, use a blending brush and make sure that you blend it! you want your eye to look more like one color scale, not a paint sample

cheeks start from about a half an inch away from the corner of your nose and brush up to around your cheek bone.

eyeliner, for the top lid i recommend using liquid or using an eyeliner brush that you run under the faucet and rub it into the eyeshadow. run the brush along the line of your eyelashes.

Try a stila smudge pot. You can buy them at Sephora.com.

    http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh鈥?/a>

You also want to get an eyeliner brush to use it to rim and then a shadow brush to spread it out from the liner. The gel formula is a lot easier to apply than liquid or pencil liner and it smudges nicely into a smokey eye. You do need to buy two brushes however to apply it well.

If you are going drug store you will want to use a black kohl eyeliner, if you can find a eye liner pen with a gel texture, again a lot easier to apply without catching the skin or making too thick of a line, making it look as if you have been in a brawl. On top of that you can use black shadow but try a grey, it will help you blend the black up to make it smokier and darken in the crease to define. And try a little white or light champagne (translucent, not opaque) to blend up to the brow and highlight. If your skin is darker, use a slightly more golden highlighter colour.

With a powder shadow here is a little sephora tutorial:

With both ways, use a lot of black mascara.

This video can help if you are looking for a wearable, modern smokey eye:

I think nothing is better than natural beauty.I mean girls look dead after they wash their faces. no offense
its all just doing a smoky eye and and then just doing liquid eyeliner on top and fake eyelashes.
Alright, the three things you'll need are:

    1) Mascara

    2) Black Eyeshadow

    3) Black Eyeliner

First apply the eyeshadow on the top of both your lids. Then, close your eye and with your finger stretch it horizontally so your eye looks like a slit. This will help when applying the eyeliner on the top lid. Do that with both eyes.

Using the pencil again, on the inner rim of the bottom of your eye, apply the eyeliner. Then apply it under your bottom lashes starting from the part of your eye closest to the nose, and getting thicker as you got towards the outer edge of your eye.

Then apply the mascara on both the top and lower lashes.

Where to apply make up at??

ive been tryin to figure out wut colors i need but i dont even know where to apply tha eye shadow, like i have tha shadows where theres abunch in tha same case, could u help me or tell me a site that could help meWhere to apply make up at??
It does get confusing sometimes does'nt it:) I use the lightest color on my whole lid, then use the medium shade in the crease, for definition then the darkest shade in the outer corner. I also recommend a highlighting shade/cream for the very inner corners (if your eyes are deep set and closer together than you like that'll fix that) and brow bone (for a uplifted look on the upper eye area). This is the technique for more OOMPH! and nightime look:) Good luck! Hope that helps!Where to apply make up at??
if there are 3 colors... the middle color goes on the eye lid, the darkest color goes on the crease, and the lightest color goes on the brow bone(just below the eye brow) ...
Here's my favourite webstie that has how to nearly everything in video tutorials.

    what kind of make up?

pls be clear with ur questionsHelp me how to apply make up pls.?
Try bare escentuals. Everything is powder so it's very easy to apply and comes out looking sheer and natural. Go to a Sephora or Ulta near you and get a free makeover. But I'd suggest buying it on ebay, much cheaper.Help me how to apply make up pls.?
    No, you're too young.
less is best. just stick with a little eye liner around the rim of your eyes and some mascare. you don't need anything else at your age.
Work at keeping it very light and natural looking. Usually just some light eye shadow, mascara and lip gloss is the best look for the day at school.
Go to the website for Cosmo and they have lots of articles. Other than that, just try to make it look as natural as possible, and you'll be fine.
Curl your eye lashed and then apply mascarra...

If you can't apply make up... ask your mom.
First, clense your face real good, apply moisturizer, or i would recommend a sunscreen, then apply base like foundation only a LITTLE bit, use concealer if you need it like under your eyes, or to cover a blemish, then shade in your eyebrows with a pencil a little lighter then the color of your eyebrows. use eyeliner if you want, curl your eyelashes, apply mascara. Then apply chapstick or some carmex before putting on lipstick or lipgloss it'll stay longer. then add blush if you want go along the apples of your cheek (the high part) moving the brush from begining of the bone to the back (near your ear (not to close though)...goodluck.
If you don't understand how to apply it, go to Mary Kay's.
Go onto YouTube, there are plenty of videos which will show you! Good luck :)
Well mascara is pretty straight forward, only apply to the top lashes.

Eyeliner is applied to the bottom eyelid in between the lashes and the eyeball.

Eyeshadow is applied above the eyes to make your eyebrows look closer to your eyes to give you that ';sexy';look.

    THEN FOUNDATIONS

Foundation first, then concealer, then blush.

    Liquid foundations are best.

Lipstick is over rated, if you're going to wear lipstick it is slutty to wear dark eye makeup to match, if your wearing dark eye makeup it is slutty to wear any lipstick.

You can wear both if they are subtle... any others I might have missed?
apply dab of foundation to cheeks chin, forhead, nose... apply in a circular motion moving upwards.. do the same with powder sponge light ly blotching.

Go to the Revlon Makeup counter at any mall. Ask them for some some help with makeup tips. They would be glad to help you or advice you for free.. There are too many variables in wearing make up. Its bets to let a professional look at your skin color, cheek structure etc..

If you are applying make up for live theater, you'll want to exaggerate the amounts you put on, because the effect has to be visible from the back of the house.

For eyes, line the lower lid with a white eye pencil. This makes eyes look brighter. Then, with a red eye pencil, put a red dot in the inner corner of the eye. This defines the eye from the nose. Black eyeliner can make eyes look smaller, so you'll want to limit that to the upper lid, with the white on the lower lid.

To make wrinkles for an older character, take a grey or dark brown eye pencil and have the actor scrunch up their face. You'll be able to see where wrinkles would look natural; then draw them on with the pencil.I need help and maybe directions on how to apply scene make up?

First of all, apply a kohl eyeliner to your eyes. Next, take an eye shawow, and with a fine eyeliner brush (The Body Shop do a great one) go over the original line with a dark shadow. Wet the brush beforehand slightly

Well, there are some eyeliner which are jet black and waterproof from the Body Shop, or u can even check Jordana. Put them on the bottom line and on the top line of your eyes. Put some black or grey shades on your eyelids. This will make your eyes dark, dusky, different and of course attractive. Remember use the branded products for good results. Best wishes. nAf :-)Need tips on how to apply eye make up want to have dark eyes and how do you make eyeliner stay on please help?
Helllo, I always wear dark eyeliner im the queeennn !

Ok dont use a liquid one..well i dont it goes everywere x

Use and pencil and put it thick at the bottom of ur eye, like under it and then get black eye shadow and rub it across the eye liner so it is over it and it should saty on and do the same with top x :D And also i put mine in my inner eye at the top just for a smexy effect x
see first is your skin white or black if white you have to put light colours in light way and put lenses on it for dark colour first take a very thin make up brush and take some and put first on the outline and then down and then in middle and you can even put different colours .if you want eye liner to stay for a long time you have to put a little pit of light cream or Vaseline don't wash your eye before it immediately and you can better product.to know more send me on my mail.to apply it you must do it slowly first line it lightly and harder.
apply liquid eyeliner with a brush you want the long last that wont run mabelline or mary-kay ive found to be best apply to the front of the eyelid not undernieth and you should be fine alsoonly apply from outside to middle for more dramatic looks!!to remove use baby-oil!!Daisy.........................鈥?calibash1@yahoo.com
Put foundation on first then apply. Make sure you are not using the cheap stuff cuz it won't stay. Maybe try liquid.
eyeliner goes on the outer lid not the inner, use a small brush and dust the outer lid lightly with a dark eyeshadow. i find this gives the eyeliner something to stick to. xx

okay, well it depends if you get allergic reactions to your eyeliner. eyeliner is hot but don't use way tooooooooo much or it like makes you look like a raccoon. but i have learned that you should use a litte eyeliner from the inner corner (close to nose) and gradually use more the closer you get to the other end. it makes it cat like. very sexy. use dark shade of eyeshade on your top lid. try it and tell me if you like it. hehe.

If i have like small eyes how should i apply my make up to make them look bigger?

They say that eyes are the window to the soul. Some women, however, are just not blessed with big picture windows. Small eyes can be a problem if you want your eyes to stand out, but there are ways to solve the problem. The proper makeup techniques can help you make those small peepers pop.

The first place you will want to look in order to create bigger, bolder, and more expressive eyes is to your eyeliner. Eyeliner can be the cure to your small eye blues, but only if you use the correct techniques. First of all, you will want to line the entire top lash line and then extend that line slightly at the corners of your eye. If you like, you can also line the bottoms of your eyes, but make sure you concentrate color only on the outside third of the eye and extend is just slightly past the edge. Don芒鈧劉t be too dramatic, but just a slight line beyond the outside edge will do the trick. Keep in mind that a soft and smoky look will open your eyes up more than thin hard lines of liner will. Use dark and neutral colors with just a little hint of black for lining, since bright shades are what will make your eyes look even smaller.

The other place to concentrate your eye enlargement efforts would be on your lashes. Eyelashes are a great eye opener. Before you ever apply mascara, you will want to curl your lashes three times: once at the base, another half way up, and a third time at the tip. This will help to create a gentle, rounded curl of your eyelash. Then, as you apply your mascara, take care to fan out your lashes as you go. Do so by brushing the inner third of your lashes toward your nose. Pull the middle third straight out. Then, take the outer third of your lashes and brush them toward your temples. By exaggerating your eyelashes in this manner, you will be able to draw attention to your eyes and help them to stand out. The more they stand out, the bigger they will appear to be.

Thirdly, look to your eye shadow. Use caution when doing so, however. Though it is a commonly held belief, dramatic eye shadow will not make your eyes stand out. The truth of the matter is, it will do just the opposite. Too much dramatic eye shadow will cause your eyes to shrink by shading them back into your face. If you do have small eyes, you will want to keep eye shadow really simple. Use only light-colored shadows first of all. Secondly, never wear more than two shades at one time. Remember, simplicity will be your friend here. Brush a light, subtle base color form your lashes to your brow. Next, use a slightly darker shade to create just a subtle definition in your eyelid芒鈧劉s crease. By keeping your shadow simple and subtle, you can enhance your eyes and avoid hiding them on your face.

A fourth way to enhance your eyes is to work on the area around them. For instance, dark circles will make your eyes look even smaller than they are. If you have deep circles around your eyes, they can even make your eyes look sunken. To fix the problem, use a concealer that is just slightly lighter in the dark circle areas. By simply ridding yourself of the circles, you will be able to enhance your eyes.

Lastly, think about the shape of your eyebrows when trying to enhance your eyes. Your eyes will seem smaller and closer together if you have brows that are too close together or heavy. To help spread out your eyes and open them, tweeze your eyebrows further out than you might normally. If possible, it is best to get your eyebrows about an eye length apart if you can.

Large eyes may be a blessing, but small eyes are not a problem. By simply understanding where to concentrate your efforts, you make those small eyes pop and look great. Practice your makeup techniques and taking care of the skin around your eyes and you will find that opening and enlarging your eyes is easy and even a little bit fun...If i have like small eyes how should i apply my make up to make them look bigger?
If you only put black eyeliner on the TOP of your lids and some shimmery, white powder on the inside bottom of your eyelash line your eyes will look bigger. Definitely use mascara and an eyelash curler. If i have like small eyes how should i apply my make up to make them look bigger?

    no
dont wear eyeliner, it makes your eyes look tiny. I would try just mascara. maybe curling you eyelashes (not hard) and putting mascara on the bottom as well would open your eyes up a little and give them enough definition to not look washed out.

    http://homebeautytips.blogspot.com/2007/鈥?/a>
Cover the eyesocket with lighter shades and the crease in darker shades. Be really careful with your liner especially if you use a liquid one as if you make the line to thick it will make your eyes look even smaller. You can use a dark liner(black) on the upper lid and a lighter one on the bottom(light brown/white)

Another great tip is buy an eyelash curler!!! they are magic for opening the look of your eyes and buy a good lengthening and defining mascara!!
darker eyeliners ..the smokey eye effect and mascara!!!
white liner on the lower lid inner rim make tiny eyes pop. also, dont line the entire top lid fromcorner to corner. instant eye shrinker.
ok well white eyeliner makes them bigger nad black makes them smaller. i would wear white if i were u and wear black mascara. good luck!
dark eye liner, light eye shadow, and curl ur eye lashas and put on black mascara
Dark eyeliners as well as white eyeliner work well. I myself put Black eyeliner on the outside of my lower eyelid...on the underside of the lashes. connecting your eyeliner is also key, on the outside where your eyelids meet-dont forget to add the finishing touch there. Only apply eyeliner(on your lower lid) fom crease on the outside on your eye to where your darkest lower eyelashes end.Just a short dash of eyeliner on your lower lids will work. Also try putting white//transparent eyeshadow slightly above and below your eyebrows.it makes your eyes POP out.
how about apply liquid eye liner very thinly on ur upper eyelids make it sharp at the ends, you can try glitter eye liner as well. for big eye effect: use doll lash masacra, curl and brush it thick so it would expand to the left and right as much as you can.

use bright color eyeliners. good luck!!!
I also have tiny eyes a good tip i hav found is to use black eyeliner only on your top eyelid. Also don't put too much on them it only makes them look smaller so keep your eyemakeup simple.

Pale eyeshadows also open up your eye, experiment n c wot ya fink :)
use dark eyeliner like ebony black but whatever you do, dont apply it all around your eye. only line the outer half of your lid and the outer half of your bottoms. if you put it all around your eye, it'll make your eyes look smaller. then at the ends of your eyelids, wing your eyeliner out so your eyes look kind of cat-ish.
There is white eyeliner.. i know it sounds a little out there but it works. you can also wing out your black eyeliner a bit on the outsides of your eyes.

    When you apply make up????

when you apply make-up which one should I apply first??? The eye shadow or eye liner (btw... i only apply eyeliner on the lower eye so....)When you apply make up????
You first apply eyeshadow then your liner and FINALLY your mascara. As for school try brown shadows and or light purple ones which will make your eyes pop.Don't do anything to dramatic because its just school =] and always add liner and mascara=]

HOPE THIS HELPSWhen you apply make up????
I do my eyeshadow first and then run the eyeliner

If you want the eyeliner to look smudged then don't put the eyeliner first, put your eyeshadow on then put your eyeliner (if its a pencil) and then with a short brush brush it along the eyeliner

One time when I put the eyeliner on first it combined and smudged in with the eyeshadow and thats not good... i ended up re-doing it
Always eyeshadows first then eye liner.

The eyeliner is drawn to create a defination to your eyes.

If you put eyeliner first and then eyeshadow, the just soften the eyeliner (a total waste of time!) You might as well use a powder eyeshadow as a eyeliner.
I always do eye shadow first, I use eyeliner only on the bottom too.

I think eyeliner is what ';finishes'; whatever look you're going for with the eyes, so I wait will I have everything else on before I put it on.
    eyeliner in my opinoin.

and try a natural look for back to school, some sparkly skin colored eyeshadow just a hint darker than your skin, mascara to lengthen and thicken lashes, a little lipgloss, some eyeliner and boom your done!
    always

    i repeat ALWAYS

put the eye shadow on first because you dont want your mascara and eyeliner shimmery do you?

then it would totally look like a glittery mess

so first eye shadow next eyeliner and then put on the mascara
well what you could do is dip your eye shadow applicator in water, nd rub black eye shadow on it, and out line your eyes with that.

it works better than eyeliner for me...because i have oily eyes.
if youre applying eyeline only on the bottom it really doesnt matter which you do first. If you were putting it on top you should do the eyeshadow first.

    [plz answer mine??

    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?鈥?/a>
    It doesn't matterrrr.

    I normally (for my eyes)

    eye-shadow

    then eye-liner

then mascara on top and bottom.

i normally only put eye-liner on the bottom, but sometimes the top :)
anyway, doesnt matter with eye shadoe and eye liner.

if your puttin on mascara though i would put that on first incase ur get it on ur eyelid and need 2 wipe it off :)
liner.. then shadow over it so make it look not so harsh.

but if you do it the other way its fine too. there is no right or wrong.
I usually apply my eyeshadow first and then I do the eyeliner.
i say eye line first..cause if u mess up and u go to rub off the eyeline to start over u wont rub off the eyeline...but thats my opinion..so bye =]

How to you you apply your make up. what colors do you like the most or use the most?

just curious i am bored hahaHow to you you apply your make up. what colors do you like the most or use the most?
The only make up I use everyday since the summer is this sample of foundation thing to cover up blemishes and clear lip balm (vaseline, even.. i know it's bad but ah well). If I ever want to add anything on to that, i'll put on eyeliner. oh and the eyeliner's usually black or brown. How to you you apply your make up. what colors do you like the most or use the most?
After washing my face, I put on moisturizer (I use Olay). Then I apply light foundation( I don't use a lot of foundation, It makes me feel that my skin cannot breathe, so I invest in the right facial wash and toner so I don't have to ';conceal'; much of my skin in foundation). Eye make up, comes next for me, for day time I use light colors and shades, for night make up I use darker shades . After the eye shadow, I put on eyeliner (This is my favorite, Its the most important step too, since your eyeliner could enhance your eyes or if not put on right it will make you look like you haven't slept all night!) I am very careful with using the eyeliner, make sure its waterproof by the way. After the eyeliner, I put on waterproof mascara and then blush on. When I put on blush, its best to make a closed-lip smile, and then using a brush, apply blush on, outward, from under your eyes towards the apple of your cheek. Last comes the lipbalm, lipstick and lip gloss.

I use light lipstick shades (pink-orange) for day make up and darker shades for night make up.

Best advice: Make-up was made to enhance not to cover up.

From Shu Uemura: Beautiful make-up starts with beautiful skin. :)
I just put on eyeshadow and eye liner...not 2 much, but not 2 litle so u wont look like ur trying 2 much! ...Pooh
i like the everyday fresh look make-up..

so i use maybelline mousse foundation which blends well on skin and my face doest look dry..

then i apply maybelline mousse blush, which gives my cheeks natural looking blush..

then i put on maybelline fruity lipgloss for a natural pink shaade on my lips..

then a thin touch of liquid black liner on my upper lids..

    then im good to go=)
I feel naked without a lipstick and eye liner.

Lipstick colors vary as per dress, time and occasion.

I do use a foundation these days.

  • Reflection on how to apply make-up?

For your base, stick to a mineral powder if you have normal to oily skin, and a tinted moisturizer if you have dry skin, brush it into your skin using a flat topped kabuki brush.

Warm up your cheeks using a sheer blush in a vivid color. If you have a round face, suck your cheeks in and follow your cheekbone, if you have a thin face apply it only on the apples of your cheeks.

Apply a medium colored eyeshadow such as beige on your lid, a deeper color such as brown in your crease, blending it with the first color, and a color lighter than your skin tone such as white for your browbone and inner tear duct.

For eyeliner, line as closely in between your lashes as possible and go from the outer corner in, only go two thirds of the way in, thinning the line as you go in because lining all the way around will make your eyes look smaller.

Finish with lipgloss, choose a sheer rose shade to bring out your lips natural color and put an extra dab in the middle of your lower lip to make your lips seem pouty

How do you apply any type of make up?

Im aspiring to be a model but i dont know what shades are best for dark skinded chicas. I cant even appy eyeliner cause im scared to get poked in the eye. Can you help me with some makeup applying tips? Thank you very much. How do you apply any type of make up?
The key to putting on eyeliner is you need to pull the corner of your eyelid towards your ear and then apply. This helps you not to blink while applying near your eye.

You should find a shade of makeup that matches closely to your neck area, so that your face and neck can be well blended and no dark or light lines. My teenage daughter puts hers on with a small cosmetic sponge, she can wash it out and reuse. How do you apply any type of make up?
If you want to be a model you got to first have clean clear perfect complexion, therefore, cleanse, tone, scrub , moisturise is a must. Than comes make up a clear skin is easy to make up as its very popular for the dewy and natural looks this season. After cleansing the face, conceal scars or dark circles if you have, apply foundation and loose powder, after the skin is prepared for more colours than you add on the blusher, eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara and lip gloss. Thats a basic make up for beginners. On applying eyeshadow, make sure you hold firmly to the eyeliner pencil, do not shiver or shake, follow the lines of the eyelids and draw.
go to Maccosmetics.com or sephora.com and look for makeup tips and they will tell you step by step how to do anything you need. practice is the best way to get it right. do your makeup at nite before you go to bed and you can wash it all off before you go to sleep, and it is good practice since no one will see it!
I think eye liner, mascara are good if you want to create the illusion of having big eyes. Add some soft gold eyeshadow and shimmery foundation to make your skin look radiant.
Since you have a darker complection id use a powder blue eye shadow. And with eyeliner you should use liquid for the tip of your

eyelid. Just a very thin line. For the bottom and top it takes practice. Practice on someone. (If they will let you!) Also to make your lips stand out just use a clear or lite pink lip gloss. Hope this helped!!

How does KISS apply their make up with out it the white running into the black and vis versa?

    carefully
as a card carrying kiss nut, i know the following.

ace paints the silver around his eyes, and then uses the white, and fills in the black in between.

paul uses the cheapest stuff he can find on his lips and hates brand name stuff for the black make up.

and most of the stuff they uses is based in the ';liquid latex'; family, and then they cover it with something else. the latex layer between stops your skin from sucking up the nasty stuff in the makeup, and prevents any allergic reactions from the overuse of makeup.

i play in a band, and have done a LOT of halloween gigs in kiss paint. (i'm always Ace because i'm the lead guitarist). i use the thickest clown white i can get, and the grease black stuff that comes in a pen type thingy. the silver usually needs a few coats because its not as thick as the rest.

    hope i helped out!
    they probably air brushed it.
If I had to guess, I would try using face powder to start with, then put one or the other (white or black) on, making the edges crisp by applying it with a q-tip. Then fill in the other color carefully, larger portions with your fingers, detailed stuff with a q-tip. When that's done, powder lightly over it with a light powder--that should hold everything in place. And if you're really serious about it (I'm not joking about this part, seriously try it), you can spray a light mist of hairspray over the top. Good luck!

Learning how to apply make up..?

My mother isn't big into make up.. and thus I was never allowed to be interested in it. Now that I am in my 20's and engaged, I am ready to be girly! Ha ha.. I just want to look alittle better and feel better about myself. However I have no clue what to do, and every time I try I end up looking like I let a 10 year old do it.. well.. no.. they know how to do it very well in this day and age. Are there any good sites for teaching this stuff? How do i know what looks good on me?Learning how to apply make up..?
underneath it need to know your tones:

    skin-

    olive= earthy shadows

    fair= light pinks,blues,natural colors,golds

    dark=golds,oranges,darks

    lips-

bright lips= soft glosses with little color or none

soft regular non bright lips= glossy, brights, mediums

    cheeks-

it depends on your skin tone do it a lil bit brighter and pinker but not much

    tips-

practice and look at it in the mirror while you are doing it also you can go to a store like nordstroms and have some free makeovers always have a clean face wash it. foundation goes first. you apply the darker color eyeshadow on the crease of your eye the lighter goes underneath it and up by your brow and the medium if u have one goes somewhere close to the brow or on the actual lid. this will take some practice you will also want brown or black or gray eyeliner, and brown or black mascara hope i helped!!!Learning how to apply make up..?
I've heard that iVillage has some pretty good videos.

What I personally recommend doing is to go to the makeup counters at the stores and asking for a demonstration by the makeup ladies.

They might make up half your face, but at least you can see how they do it by using the mirror.

Applying lemon juice before make up.

Ok I read that u should apply lemon juice before make up but my question is

    *Why?

*Do i leave the the lemon juice on or do i take it off?

    Ohh and another Questions..

Why is it good to rub ur face with an ice cube?

Thanx!Applying lemon juice before make up.
Lemon juice can be used to lighten up dark spots(like from acne) and even your skin tone.

You are suppose to leave the lemon juice on...Its just better to apply it before you go to bed.

I think the answer to your question about the ice cube is that rubbing your face with a ice cube helps close the pores.

Start by applying a simple water-based foundation (its better for your skin than oil-based) when applying it stroke upwards with the tips of your fingers

Then you should set it with a powder

Then add a light blush to the apples of your cheeks(if you do a fish face you'll be able to see them really well)

Next you can apply black or brown mascara I probably wouldn't apply any to your bottom lashes just the top since your just starting to wear make-up

Eyeliner is kind of tricky you might want to wait on that

Finally you can finish the look with a clear gloss to make your lips pop

Dont go to overboard with the make-up you want it to look as natural as possible

Good Luck and I hope this helps! : )
It would be ideal to begin a makeup course, a place with one purpose, so you can learn how to put on make up. Now, if this solution doesn't seem affordable for the moment, you can read a lot of books written on this theme, purchased from bookshops or online.

Whatever information you get hold of it is important that it is presented in a structured manner.

Here are the first steps for a beginner, so you can learn how to put make up on. Let's start with a simple makeup look. You will need a foundation, at least two shades of makeup, a mascara, a blush, a lip liner and lipstick, both having the same shade.

You apply the foundation, pouring a small amount in your palm, and using your finger you spread the foundation slightly. But remember, before you do you must apply a hydrating cream, which will give adherence to the makeup.

The foundation shouldn't be deeply massaged, because it shouldn't get into the skin, but it should remain, like a film, on the surface of the complexion. If you want to apply it as well as you can, you can use a very small amount in order to be able to control the spreading.

A basic makeup principle is to start applying makeup from the upper side of your face. For the eyelids you may start with two makeup shades. Your eyes are successfully made up if the shades you use for it are mixed so that there is no limit between the colors.

The simplest way to learn how to put on make up is to just start, experiment at home, and you'll be pleasantly surprised at just how well you master how to put on make up.

The base is sooo flawless %26amp; I love the eye area of it!

So if anyone can talk me through how to get made-up like that (any step or the whole face) I would appreciate it :]

Thank youuu! How to apply make up like...?
Wow! I love her look! It looks as though she's wearing foundation, concealer, light pink blush, false eye lashes, eye liner, mascara, metallic cream eyeshadow and decals. I would start with putting concealer under your eyes, on your eyelids, above the eyebrows and between the eyebrows. Blend it in, then apply foundation. I like Maybelline Pure Makeup, it is 50% water and goes on light and doesn't cake or clog pores. After foundation, take a light cream blush and lightly apply it in a boomerang shape that starts at the top cheekbone and ends at the eyebrow. Blend it in by rubbing. Then take some false eyelashes and apply them, you can find instructions on the box, you may want to pick more natural looking ones for Taylor's look. Take some cream eyeshadow and blend it to the creases on your eyelids and up to your eyebrows, using less as you go. Don't leave any lines, it needs to be a seamless blend. Apply black liquid eyeliner in very fine lines to your top lids, and dot along the bottom, smudge the bottom lid eyeliner afterwards for a more natural finish. Use an eyelash curler on your lashes, be extra gentle with the false ones, apply a few coats to the upper lashes. Pick a lip liner in a shade that resembles the natural shade of your lips, apply it and put vaseline or gloss over your lips. With the decals, you might find them at Claire's or maybe ebay, they should come with some directions. That should be it!! Good luck!!How to apply make up like...?

Girls: when you apply make-up, do you look like a knock out?

or just plainGirls: when you apply make-up, do you look like a knock out?
Is it bragging to say yes? Only because someone said that to me once. I have never looked plain, natural yes, but not plain. Hey Laura, you can have my photo if you want. Of course I mean that in a total non-lesbian way (because I know you are straight).Girls: when you apply make-up, do you look like a knock out?
yes but thats because i very rarely wear it, only on special occasions.

MOST girls who wear it every day just look plain because they got it on so often
Well ... my husband thinks so! However, I only wear make-up to enhance not to cover.
I only use it to enhance my natural beauty, not cover it up.
Sometimes, you just can't fix ugly....
In all honesty.........yes. but I only wear make up once a year or so.
Yeh but it dosn't last very long :)
    Like a barbie doll
    Like a know out.
Well darling it depends what colour lipstick I wear.
yep, often look like i've had two blackeyes

Hi..i am 18 years old girl. i want to know how to apply make-up and what products of make up should i use?

please answer thisHi..i am 18 years old girl. i want to know how to apply make-up and what products of make up should i use?
Well.... try doing art of living course or some yoga. Follow what they ask you to do for a month and you will see the difference in your skin and body. The kind of things you will learn there will make you look so beautiful that you will never need to apply any make up.

By the way, there are also some side affects that your complete personality will improve but I hope that will not be a problem for you :)

Sort of different answer you might not be expecting but try this out once.Hi..i am 18 years old girl. i want to know how to apply make-up and what products of make up should i use?
Wash Your Hands and Face! Before touching your face, ALWAYS wash your hands with a cleanser and water, and make sure your face is clean before applying makeup. Don't use soap, as it's drying on the delicate skin on your face. Don't use oily skin cremes that will ruin your pores...try to keep them as clean as possible.

Apply moisturizer. Before starting, always use moisturizer on your face! Use a moisturizer meant specifically for your face, and use it every morning and evening after washing your face. Try to get a moisturizer with some SPF in it; your skin will thank you!

Smooth. With a concealer brush, or your finger, gently stipple that's one shade lighter than your skin tone under the eye to cover any darkness under the eyes. Also use your concealer on zits, red spots or other imperfections. Now blot it in using your middle finger. Make sure you dab, rather than wipe with your finger, otherwise you will take all the concealer off. Also, you can use foundation as concealer, but using concealer specifically will give you better results.

Pat. Using a large and soft powder brush, swirl on some similar toned powder (compared to your skin color) to set your concealer...Warm tone powder works the best. Blend it well so that it looks really natural. You can also use a liquid foundation, but make sure you blend it very well (check for lines around your jawline!) and make sure it matches your skin tone. Girls with oilier skin might want to stick to powder, and girls with drier skin might prefer liquid foundation.

Comb. Using a brow brush or a toothbrush, comb your eyebrows up and across, or softly apply eyeshadow [matching your eyebrow color] to fill in brows, making them appear fuller. If you have full eyebrows, skip this step. Do set your brows in place using a brow brush with gel, clear mascara, or a brow brush with hairspray. Again, this isn't imperative, but one of those extra things you might want to do before a date or another occasion you want to look your best.

Shadow. Use a brush to apply a creamy colored and slightly iridescent and glowing skin tone shade. If you are going for a tan look, use a soft bronze color. If you are going for a cover up color, use a soft skin tone one. Some shimmery white crisply lining the eyes can open them up.

Blush. Apply gel blush to the apples of your cheeks. Smile, blend up and in a circular motion, always blending towards the temple. You can also follow your cheekbone. Blend, blend. You can also use a powder blush, but be careful as they tend to pack more of punch. Less is more.

Curl. Although it is hardly necessary, you can sometimes use an eyelash curler, even when applying clear mascara. It can make your eyelashes look very professional. If you don't know how to use it see related Wiki Hows below. It does the exact same thing as a blow dryer, it dries up your lashes. Mascara goes on top and bottom lashes- always apply it thicker on the outer lashes. It makes your eyes look big and sexy. Apply 1 or 2 coats on the top lashes, and use what is left for the bottom lashes.

Apply lip gloss. Fill in entire lip using a tinted lip balm. Then, using your finger or brush, spread gloss on top. Find out your skin tone, and the colors that match it. Always use a transparent gloss over tinted lip balm

Eye shadow. First, put white shadow all over your eyes. Then, choose a color you like and apply it underneath the crease of your eye lid. Lastly, you can put sparkles on top on lid to make it look sexy.

Experiment with light, fun colors - pastels, soft metallics, and bright colors. Go beyond powder shadows for textures that are creamy, shimmery, sparkly or glittery.

    Eyeliner can be tricky.

Too much eyeliner is never good. It depends on your eye color: green %26amp; blue eyes can apply as much as they would like, and brown eyes should always do it on top and bottom. But if one has small eyes, be extra careful to not use too much. It also helps if one applies eyeliner just on top. Always draw the liner as close to the lash line as possible.

Use a mascara that has a base primer coat and a constructing top coat. The primer helps your lashes prepare for the mascara. L'oreal Volume Shocking is really great because there are two separate wands and the second one is a tiny comb that separates your lashes.

Draw a black or brown line the closest you can get to your top lash line, but draw the line by making small dashes at a time. Then get a shadow that is the same color as the liner (in this case black or brown) and go over the liner. You don't need to smudge it, but if you need to, use a cotton swab. Viola! Sexy, smoky, and modern.

Make sure your eyebrows are natural-looking. Just tweeze stray hairs. Do not over-pluck! Over-plucking is a very common mistake that teenage girls make. To know what shape you should tweeze follow these instructions:

Picture a straight line from the inner corner of your eye going straight down the side of your nose. Follow that line upwa
I could give you a detailed answer, but I dont know anything about your face. id need to know eye structure (round, almond, etc.) face shape (heart, oval, small round, etc.) eye color, hair color.

you can buy a seventeen magazine from a local grocery, convenience, or drug store. they give tips and full instructions on techniques including brands and where to get them. they specify which looks are good for you based on your best facial feature, you eye color, what type of putting you're going on, etc. they have new ones every month, its very helpful If you're lost in the make up world like u seem to be.

I can give you sum tips if you give me much more detail about your face or a face shot pic.
go to a store that does make up. in most cases you want to find something to match your skin tone, and bring out your qualities. for instance, if you have green eyes, brown and purple eyliner bring out the color the most! if you like the way your cheeck bones are shaped use a good color of blush to bring them out! what i do when i want a new way to use make is look at people in magizines and just copy it! maybeline works best. mary kay is ok too..i do NOT suggest cover girl eyeliner. clineque is very good as well.
apply foundation one tone lighter to your skin(face and neck) and blend it finely.now apply some compact powder.make sure the application thin.

now apply some eye shadow and mascara to your eyes

put some blush and finally apply some lipstick.

    and you are done with

    use Chambour products
