I have a sh** load of guy friends,who don't like exaggeration,in makeup,on a lady. None,or a little.
Not heavy makeup, slight ';touch'; is o.k.

Some make-up is good. Just don't over do it like that fat woman on the Drew Carrey Show or Tammy Faye Baker. Make up is not supposed to look like it was caked on with a spatula.
