How to apply make up?

i'll be 13 in 3 days and i want to start putting things like eye liner shawdow things like that on but i kinda dont know how is there any site that can give me instruction or vidoes on youtube???How to apply make up?
Happy early Birthday. :]

For eyeliners, I definitely suggest liquid eyeliners. It's a little messy when you first learn to put it on and can take a while to get the hang of it. Overall, it stays on longer than pencil liners and it's darker. NEVER apply it to your waterline.(The thin strip of skin that your bottom eyelashes are connected to) It will get in your eyes when you blink! Instead, apply it under your bottom eyelashes and above your top eyelashes. Do this as thin or as thick as you want.

Here is a video on applying liquid eyeliner:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_k_f4CeeG鈥?/a>

There really isn't a video on how to apply an eyeshadow. It should just come naturally. Apply it BEFORE any eyeliners. Just go up to the crease of the eye. If you want to get fancy, you can buy eye shadow brushes, but the little brushes that come with your eyeshadow should work just fine for beginners.

Good luck in learning. Makeup is lots of fun.How to apply make up?
The videos on you tube are good but you should also ask your mom for tips because she will have a lot of good ideas and it will be a great bonding experience. But just my own little tip:you can wear eyeliner for fun but don't wear it everyday since you are 13. I didn't start to wear it daily until i was 15. It can just look too heavy but for a more natural look you can try brown eye liner but definitely avoid liquid because that would look ';trampy';. Oh and you prolly don't need foundation just use a good concealer and a shimmery loose powder. Happy Birthday! And remember to have fun with your makeup and enhance your beauty not change who you are. I hope this helps!!!
Not only do I agree with Make up tips on youtube but you can get some really great makeup books at book stores

Its hard to give advise without showing you, I am a hairdresser/makeup artist so thats the best advise I can give you is

The biggest prob with younger girls is putting on TOO much foundations, powders etc. I use dime size drop of foundation and rub it on all over including my neck to have an even glow.

Always go with more natural products, I have brown eyes so I like using dark coffee eyeliner and black mascara. I also put on white eyeshadow under my eyebrows to make them stand out as well as a nice glittering brown around my eye arch. Then the biggest plus is blush, I use a bronzer blush and I go up my cheeks as well as I put it around my face more a more even glow. Then you follow with lipgloss or lipstick!

Now in summer my fav is green or blue eyeliner.. it looks great with light or dark eyes and you can use any color eyeshadow.

Good luck and remember, dont layer your face with too much makeup, this will also cause more zits if you tend to get them.

Oh and always wash your face before bed and start NOW with using a good face cream.
I think at 13, you shouldn't be wearing that much makeup. All you need is a little eyeliner, eye shadow, and some lipgloss. I'm 14 and thats basically waht i wear. As for eyeliner, it takes a lot of practice to put it on right, you won't always get it on the first try. FOr eye shadow, you should apply it on your eyelids, and in the ba;lls of your eyes, right by your nose. and also right under your eyebrows to highligt your eyes more. ANd on youtube, type in makeup lessons, or tutorials for beginners. Hope this helps!!!!!!!!!
Well, I would suggest a brilliant foundation, I had MAC select tint when I was your age, go into the store and tell them you're thinking of getting some, could they put some on you? After they have, go outside into the daylight and take a picture and wear it all day and see how it feels...

The rest of your makeup, I think maybe a little black eyeliner will look good, search ';how to put on eyeliner'; in youtube or google... Shadow you should do the same. What I do, to give you a really light even colour, is get a soft blusher brush and sweep it across, even if you get it all over the sides of your eye like I usually do it comes off.... Also a white or pale pink dotted at the inner corners really makes your eyes pop! Team with a little clear lipgloss and you're good to go! If you're olive skinned, blusher also helps....

Good luck, make sure you have good make-up (it doesn't all have to be expensive, just has to work well) and keep experimenting!
So, there are videos on You Tube but, why don't you ask your Mom or an Aunt to show you how to apply it.

Also, keep in mind that it does take some practice to do it well, so I would practice after school and have your mom or dad critique how well you are doing it before wearing it out in public.
