Well ive looked everywhere, and cant find any info on how to apply make-up like that. The first one is just an everyday look but I need the second one for a dance contest. Please help me, and if you have any beauty tips or things like that, please tell me! I have an audition for the dance contest on Tuesday and I need serious help! So no suggestions that are going to take weeks to work. THANKS SOOOOO MUCH!
CiaraxHow to apply make-up like this...? (PICS INCLUDED)?
OK, the first one is easy . apply a thin line of black eyeliner (I use waterproof) close to your eyelashes, top and bottom. Get a bronze (brown with gold in it) colour eyeshadow and apply under the eyeliner. Smudge together with a q-tip, your finer or a sponge. Keep adding more liner and eyeshadow until it is the smokey look in the picture. Add more bronze to the top of your crease on top and blend, blend, blend. The key to a great smokey eye is in the blending.
The second one, apply the lid colour from your lashline to the top of your crease, apply one or two bright colours to the bottom of the lash line maybe a dark blue along the lash line and a light blue under neath. Blend together. Then take a yellow or a lime green and trace from the inside corner of your eye, up over the crease colour. Get some crazy lashes at Make Up Forever or Sallys and put on with a strong lash glue right next to your real lashes. I like Duo surgical adhesive for gluing lashes on. Make sure your eyebrows are neat and tweezed properly, a bad eyebrow will spoil your look and make you look more clown like than fantasy. How to apply make-up like this...? (PICS INCLUDED)?
just put a lot of make up that is really brite on
Your best bet is to get a couple different kind of eye shadow brushes, I'm not talking applicators, I mean bristle brushes. They blend well and dont really leave hard lines. If you stop at a local spa/salon, one that offer make up, hair, massages, etc. they can tell you which brushes are good for contouring and shading, cuz, looking at the pic, it looks like thats what your gonna need. Buy the colors you want at a drug store, then using each brush, blend the color on your eye lid until you get the right shade you are looking for. The more you apply and blend the deeper the color will look. Practice a couple of times, or you can go to a salon/day spa that offers make up application (usually around 30-40 bucks) and bring them this pic and they can do it for you AND give you the steps so you can do it at home yourself!
For the first look i find that instead of using eyeliner try an eyeshadow it blends easy and looks more smoky than eyeliner.
And for the second look for an eyeshadow that has multiple colors in it it will save you money and could be great for the different colors in thesecond one, try to blend the colors :) hope this helps
WOAH. #2 is way out there, but if it's what you want, go to www.covergirl.com. They have ways to apply EVERY makeup out there. it's the best site for beginners or for super hard makeup like the pics u included. good luck..
For the first one, use black eyeliner and a smudge brush. Smudge it outward until you have it how you want, then use dark eyeshadow, then use a lighter gray, and get lighter as you go outward. for the second, apply the colors in the places you want with darker colors in the middle, and lighter on the outside, use a smudge brush to blend the two. it would look really wild to use white eyeliner and mascara for the dance contest! i hope you do really well! good luck and I hope i helped!
