Well he'll probably like you no matter what if he decided to go out with you. But don't over do it! Go to CVS and get a bronzer. Apply this on your upper cheek bone, but make sure you don't look orange. Light pink blush on you upper cheek too. As far as eyeliner, gradually go into it. if you don't wear a lot now, wear a little at a time. Start with mascara on the top lashes and maybe some light eyeshadow. Be creative. well i think you should start out lightly.
wear minimal makeup and just work your way up. you always want to look natural and look your age. its kind of hard and a lot to read to go through every makeup product. when i started i followed these girls on youtube. they have tutorials on EVERYTHING and are very nice and helpful.
