I usually only wear brown or grey eyeshadow. Brown with pink, blue, browns, tans, etc. Grey with black, grey, blues, red, etc. I think blue and green and pink eyeshadows look trashy. You can do alot with greys, browns, golds, etc.How do you apply make-up..ex. what does eye shadow suppose to match?
if you wanted your eye shadow to match with anything it would be your eyes, like if you have blue or green eyes I would go for a light pink or blue. . .any light colours, if you have dark eyes I would go for dark colours but not too dark. How do you apply make-up..ex. what does eye shadow suppose to match?
Well, there are different ways but I choose to put the lighter colors like tans right under my eyebrow and then below that the darker tans and on the eye lid a brown and right above the eyelashes a darker color but make sure it's blended, not together but from light to dark. you cna do this with just aobut any color you choose. Hope this helps!
Some people like bright colors and other like the colors to match their eyes or outfit. Find what works for you. My advice is to get a big makeup palette and experiment. There is no one right way for everyone!!!
Buy the little ones that have three or so shades, they blend perfectly. If you need to know how to apply...just google it.
I wear browns and reddish browns usually because those are colors that bring out my blue eyes. if i want to match then i match it with the color shirt im wearing or whatever im in the mood for.
what ur wearing but let ur earrings be another color
Shop for shades that complement your skin and eye color. Look for colors that softly contrast with the shade of your eyes - not colors that match them exactly.
Choose simple, natural shades. If you opt for bright or trendy colors, be careful; they can look unnatural unless balanced with other suitable tones, and may go out of style as fast as they came in.
Buy colors that blend well together. You want your eyes to attract the attention, not any marked lines caused by your shadow.
Keep in mind that dark colors will minimize your eyes, while light shades will make them stand out.
Consider soft browns and tans with sandy or pink undertones for blue eyes.
Wear khaki and brown shades with yellow undertones for green eyes.
Accent dark brown and black eyes with brown and charcoal shadows.
Head to a department store's cosmetic counter and have your eyes made up by a professional. Ask for color combinations that could work for day and evening.
But most important! Experiment! If you have the day off, or just some spare time, play with your make-up. See which colors bring out your best features, and which colors bring out your personality. Don't be afraid to use vibrant colors or deep colors. Make-up should be a fun thing, not a hard scary thing.
Hope I helped!
It's suppose to accentuate your eyes. You can focus on your eye color or shape. You need to consider your skin tone as well. You can learn more through reading beauty magazines or getting a free makeover at a department store beauty counter. When it's time to buy products, tell them you need a minute to think it over and walk away.
