How to apply Make-up ???

I want to know how to apply eyeliner, and shadow cause i'm so sick of not being able to apply itHow to apply Make-up ???
You can always go to the make-up counter at your local department store and they will show you how to put on make-up but be warned: their main goal is to sell you their make-up so choose a brand that you like. Also, a good rule of thumb is to choose a make-up artist whose make-up you actually like (although this rule doesn't always work out).

Alternatively, there are several how-to videos on YouTube. Do a YouTube search and check out women who have done their own how to apply make-up videos. Some of them are pretty good and include text with suggested make-up to buy.

Having someone show you how to do it rather than verbally or textually tell you how to put on make-up is always best but I'll tell you what I do for eye makeup (I'm by no means an expert).

My eyeliner and shadow application technique depends on what type of look I'm going for. It's best to always start with neutral colors if you don't want to look too dramatic. If you have brown or blonde hair, use brown liner (don't use black). I prefer liquid eyeliner, but pencil liner is easier to blend (and thus looks more natural). I also start my eye-make up routine with eye shadow foundation (prevents creasing of eye shadow). For eye shadow application, start with a base color, something slightly darker than a nude (on the brown side if you want to stick with neutrals) and apply this base color over your entire lid. Next I add a color for the crease (the part that folds in on your eye). This should be a medium to dark shade and should be applied in a windsheild wiper fashion. Next I layer a darker color near the base of the lash (a dark brown) so that my liner blends with the eyeshadow. I apply my shadows with a brush (it's easier to blend all the colors together and blending is the key to a natural look). I top everything off with a highlighting color (a light neutral color, I perfer something with sparkle) that goes on the top portion of the eye below the brow. For a darker (night) look, add more of the crease color and for a lighter, more toned down look, add more of the base color. How to apply Make-up ???
Ok to apply eyeliner use a soft eyeliner pencil. Practice at home by drawing a smooth line on your eyelid exactly above your eyelashes. When you've mastred this you can do a line on the inside of your eyelid or directly underneath. To apply eyeshadow just sweep it on but don't go any higher then the crease in your eye above your lashes. KEEP PRACTISING!!!!
here you may find many makeup tips and applying instructions of various makeup parts:

to apply eyeliner: hold a hand held mirror out from your chest and look down at it this will mean that you can see your full eyelid while being able to see how you are applying it. Drap the eyeliner from the middle of your eye lid to the outside trying to make sure it is reasonable straight.Fix up an mistakes with a cotton tip

to apply shadow:hold a hand held mirror out from your chest and look down at it this will mean that you can see your full eyelid while being able to see how you are applying it. (same as applying eyeliner) Apply shadow with a brush so that you have more controll of where the shawdow goes.
