When you apply make up????

when you apply make-up which one should I apply first??? The eye shadow or eye liner (btw... i only apply eyeliner on the lower eye so....)When you apply make up????
You first apply eyeshadow then your liner and FINALLY your mascara.As for school try brown shadows and or light purple ones which will make your eyes pop.Don't do anything to dramatic because its just school =] and always add liner and mascara=]

I do my eyeshadow first and then run the eyeliner


If you want the eyeliner to look smudged then don't put the eyeliner first, put your eyeshadow on then put your eyeliner (if its a pencil) and then with a short brush brush it along the eyeliner


One time when I put the eyeliner on first it combined and smudged in with the eyeshadow and thats not good... i ended up re-doing it

The eyeliner is drawn to create a defination to your eyes.


If you put eyeliner first and then eyeshadow, the just soften the eyeliner (a total waste of time!) You might as well use a powder eyeshadow as a eyeliner.
I always do eye shadow first, I use eyeliner only on the bottom too.





I think eyeliner is what ';finishes'; whatever look you're going for with the eyes, so I wait will I have everything else on before I put it on.

and try a natural look for back to school, some sparkly skin colored eyeshadow just a hint darker than your skin, mascara to lengthen and thicken lashes, a little lipgloss, some eyeliner and boom your done!

put the eye shadow on first because you dont want your mascara and eyeliner shimmery do you?


then it would totally look like a glittery mess


so first eye shadow next eyeliner and then put on the mascara
well what you could do is dip your eye shadow applicator in water, nd rub black eye shadow on it, and out line your eyes with that.





it works better than eyeliner for me...because i have oily eyes.
if youre applying eyeline only on the bottom it really doesnt matter which you do first. If you were putting it on top you should do the eyeshadow first.

eye-shadow


then eye-liner


then mascara on top and bottom.





i normally only put eye-liner on the bottom, but sometimes the top :)
anyway, doesnt matter with eye shadoe and eye liner.


if your puttin on mascara though i would put that on first incase ur get it on ur eyelid and need 2 wipe it off :)
liner.. then shadow over it so make it look not so harsh.





but if you do it the other way its fine too. there is no right or wrong.
I usually apply my eyeshadow first and then I do the eyeliner.
i say eye line first..cause if u mess up and u go to rub off the eyeline to start over u wont rub off the eyeline...but thats my opinion..so bye =]
