For your base, stick to a mineral powder if you have normal to oily skin, and a tinted moisturizer if you have dry skin, brush it into your skin using a flat topped kabuki brush.
Warm up your cheeks using a sheer blush in a vivid color. If you have a round face, suck your cheeks in and follow your cheekbone, if you have a thin face apply it only on the apples of your cheeks.
Apply a medium colored eyeshadow such as beige on your lid, a deeper color such as brown in your crease, blending it with the first color, and a color lighter than your skin tone such as white for your browbone and inner tear duct.
For eyeliner, line as closely in between your lashes as possible and go from the outer corner in, only go two thirds of the way in, thinning the line as you go in because lining all the way around will make your eyes look smaller.
Finish with lipgloss, choose a sheer rose shade to bring out your lips natural color and put an extra dab in the middle of your lower lip to make your lips seem pouty
