How to apply make up ?

ok lets see well im 21 years old and i never wore make up in my life


well i tried a couple of times and just failed in the application process


im not a big fan of foundation i thnk dats pointless


but i do love eye makeup like mascara and eye liner


is there any makeup thats better then others ?


and how do i learn how to put it onHow to apply make up ?
to put on bottom eyeliner, pull down your eyelid a little and put the eyeliner on the edge of your eye.


for the top, i shut my eye half way and put a line as close to my eyelashes as possible. (well, i actually put a very think line on but im not sure if thats what you want)


mascara: tilt your head back and brush the wand from the bottom of your eyelashes to the tip. your going to have to do it a few times to make it noticeable.

my best advice is to go to a makeup school .. they can teach you how to do make up on your own face ... not on others like a cosmetologist or something like that.
The best way to learn is to go to a decent make-up store (I like Sephora, Ulta is okay too, and there are tons) and tell them you'd like help picking a good color palette and applying eye make up. They can help you buy what you need for the look you want and show you how to do it.
pull your eyelid down and lightly glide eyeliner pencil across eye, it may tickle at first, you get used to it, start with mascara at the bottom of your eyelashes and blink do that about 5 times
