... Make-up? I guess you could create effects that look like makeup. I know you can use it to remove blemishes, pimples, wrinkles, etc.





There's no 'Makeup Effect', if that's what your looking for. That would be pointless, Photoshop is for photomanipulation, not photofashionization.
