Well depending on what you are applying I would say when you apply base,use you fingers.Believe it or not experts say that using your fingers is better than a sponge or cloth plus the sponges always absorbed the liquid anyways.Now if your applying mascara start from the roots of your eyelashes and move the brush back and forth(side to side)with quick strokes, and make sure if your lashes clump you fix that before they dry and stick together you can fix this kind of problem by using a eyelash separater or eyelash comb.How should I apply my make-up?
