You should definitely not apply eyeline on the innner rim of your lower lashes as this will make your eyes seem smaller than they are. Apply it to the upper rim of your upper lashes - so actually on the eyelid and use black eyeliner, soft kohl pencil not liquid eyeliner. Use a light colour all over eyelid and brow bone - a pinky shade on actual lids - then a slightly draker colour outlining the creae in your eyelid, then use a highlighter (Benefit is best) on outer edge of brow bone and a little bi on upper cheek bones. Use a volumising mascara in black and hold the brush (thick brushes are best) at the base of the eyelashes for a couple of seconds before combing through in an upward motion. Apply a few coats - good quality mascara wont clog. Only apply clear mascara to bottom lids as otherwsie colour will smudge and dark underneath the eyes can sometimes reduce the size appearance of eyes. How could I apply my eye make-up, to make my eyes seem bigger than they actually are?
to make any eye seem bigger. apply a neutralcolour like beige from eye to brow and then apply other colour on top. for great lashes apply one that gives volume and then one that lengthens.
I agree with flossintru but yoy should apply eyeliner, not to thin or thick. Do a brown eyeliner if you do what flossintru said with the colors. Brown shows up but isnt too dark.
