For example, if you buy a 3 shade eye shadow blend, there will be instructions for which color goes where for the best look for that product. If you want smokey eyes, choose a gray blend. Makes sense, right?





Pencil eyeliner's should be used for day wear and liquid should be used for a more sophisticated look at night.
