How do you apply this make-up?

i need help/advice about how i do this make-up or apply it.





its about how i apply eyeliner mainly black to the bottom lash line, as my eyeliner always comes off, even if i smudge it.How do you apply this make-up?
Use fluidline from MAC. They are bomb proof. They seriously won't come off, even if you swim. They're amazing.How do you apply this make-up?
get l'oreal water proof black eyeline. it's very good at not smudging, though it takes make up remover to get it completely off. It goes on just like normal eye liner. Very good stuff.
